Description:
The United States Code contains the general and permanent laws of the United States organized by subject matter. The collection contains 50 broad subject areas. New editions are published every six years with cumulative supplements published on an annual basis. Regulations issued by executive branch agencies, or state law, or decisions of the Federal court are not included in the United State Code. The Code of Federal Regulations contains the regulations issued by executive branch agencies.
